Inspired Healing is run by Helen Valentino, who describes her work as that of a "Medicine Woman, Teacher & Healer". The offering covers shamanic healing, sacred cacao ceremonies, sound healing, meditation, Bach flower essences, sweat lodges, women's circles and drumming circles, workshops, trainings and nature-based retreats. Sessions run one-to-one and as group ceremonies and events, for private individuals, private groups and corporate clients, with some services by Zoom. Formats range from one-to-three-hour sessions and half days to one-day retreats, weekend retreats and bespoke build-your-own retreats. The site quotes one-to-one healings from £80 an hour and retreats from £395, with concessions on request. In-person work is based at Timberhollow, a 5-acre woodland in East Sussex that the site calls the heart of Inspired Healing; retreats are also held at other locations. Helen bought the wood in December 2012 and describes herself as its guardian. Work happens outdoors in the woods and indoors in bell tents. The woodland has a stream, a pizza oven, a carved totem pole, a carved figure called the Pythoness, and an area named the Fairy Glen. Named retreats that recur include Journey to Forgiveness, Lifting the Lid on Rage and Anger, Relax Rejuvenate & Heal, Bach Flowers, Primordial Sound Meditation, and a Magical Woodland Adventure day for children and adults. Sweat lodges and day-long Cacao and Sound events run at the woodland near Bodiam several times a year, and women's drumming circles recur as a regular series. Cacao ceremonies are also run online over Zoom. Training includes an Introduction to Shamanism weekend and a Primordial Sound Meditation course, a personalised mantra-based technique Helen trained in under Deepak Chopra and Roger Gabriel at the Chopra Centre. Helen says she began offering cacao ceremony training after a number of requests from clients; it runs as an optional IPHM-accredited element of a two-week Sacred Cacao Adventure in Guatemala, 23 January to 8 February 2027, limited to 10 participants and including a Mayan fire and cacao ceremony, a cacao plantation visit and archaeological sites. Asháninka ceremonial cacao is sold through the site from £25 for people running their own ceremonies. Private events are taken for friends, family, groups and celebrations, tailored to the group and priced on request. Helen offers a free 20-minute call to help prospective clients choose a healing pathway, and notes she responds best by WhatsApp or phone.
