Soul Wellness Hub

SOUL Wellness Hub & Cafe is a Community Interest Company (a non-profit) established in 2023, based in Sowerby Bridge in the Calder Valley, West Yorkshire. It describes itself as "a place for your authentic heart to shine," dedicated to nourishing the body, mind, heart and soul, and combines wellness facilities, classes, therapies and a cafe under one roof. Its facilities include a float tank (sensory deprivation), infrared sauna, hot tub, ice bath/cold plunge and an amethyst far-infrared mat room, available individually or through monthly SOULcare membership packages. The events and class programme spans yoga, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, ecstatic dance, sound baths, meditation and singing circles. A vegetarian cafe serves seasonal food, vegan cakes and specialty drinks including ceremonial cacao and mocktails, while resident and visiting therapists offer a range of healing modalities. The venue also has a bohemian clothing and crystal shop, and hires out two yoga studios, therapy rooms, a cafe space with stage and a meeting room. It is generally open 10:00-19:00 most days and closed on Tuesdays, functioning as a genuine community wellness hub for the local area.
