Sweheat Sauna

Sweheat Sauna is a community sauna and wellness space at Royal Victoria Dock in East London (Newham), built around cycles of heat and cold-water plunge. Its core Simply Sauna sessions offer regular bookable heat-and-cold wellness, while private sauna experiences host intimate gatherings of up to six guests. The programme also features traditional Aufguss rituals, described as choreographed heat-and-aroma ceremonies that sell out quickly, alongside Full Moon celebrations timed to lunar cycles, Storytelling in the Sauna sessions, Women's Bath Nights, and a rotating schedule of workshops and cultural events blending heat, water, community and creativity. The ethos is community-focused and inclusive, collaborating with emerging artists and wellness practitioners and emphasising connection to nature and cultural celebration alongside physical wellbeing. The sauna is open Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm and weekends from 10am to 10pm, with sessions and events bookable in advance.
